Zorch case study for WBENC Event

Objectives

Create a one of kind conference experience for Zorch, the #28 fastest growing company according to Inc. 500, and its VIP guests at the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) National Conference with strategic, contemporary design and exclusive access.

Hit Big Event Solutions

As soon as the project was underway, Hit Big tactically aligned with Zorch, a promotional products supplier to Fortune 200 Companies. We used the client’s vendor portal to gain access to the very same promotional products that are sold to Zorch clients. By using “Zorched” Vendors, Hit Big ensured every piece of the productions was on brand.

The Hit Big event team set out to design a booth that was functional given the space, yet modern to meet the needs of the client. The savvy design, and eventual construction, resulted in a robust yet sleek space that welcomed Zorch’s top level prospects. The booth featured unique applications of Zorch’s logo and branding techniques, and a spectacular three-light display showcasing the Zorch brand was featured as the focal point of the space. Hit Big was on site to manage the build of the booth, the food and beverage operations, and the breakdown of the site.

To create a true VIP experience Hit Big enlisted the services of celebrity Hill Harper, actor on CSI:NY, best-selling author of Letters to a Young Brother, and current New York Times best seller Letters to a Young Sister. Mr. Harper was also engaged as the keynote speaker for the event. Over 2500 people attended the luncheon where Mr. Harper spoke about his new book, Zorch’s success, and the impact of women in business. It was all met with a stand ovation.

Outside the luncheon, Mr. Harper spent his time in the Zorch booth, signing copies of his new book, Letters to a Young Sister, meeting Zorch prospects, and engaging hundreds of fans.

The Results

Zorch meet with all of its top prospects representing over $150 million in revenue for Zorch, while also forging new relationships with Pepsi Co., Dell, Exxon Mobil, and more. Since the event Zorch International Inc. has grown even more was recently ranked the 8th fastest growing company in the country by Inc. 500.
